公司主要业务为承办浙江省企业数字证书（电子执照嵌入）的发行工作，同时开发、研制基于企业电子执照基础上的应用服务。为工商，税务、劳动，卫生，质监、药监等政府部门的应用开发提供技术支持；在电子商务领域提供商务信用认证，电子签章，信息查询服务等。提供企业数字证书（电子执照嵌入）的技术支持与服务保障，进行电子执照应用的技术开发、实施与维护。

Zhejiang Huixin Information Technology Co., Ltd., is invested by The Information Centre of Zhejiang Provincial Administration For Industry and Commerce and Insigma Technology (600797), which is one of the biggest IT application service provider and a major software exporter in China. It is committed to the research and application development of the Enterprise Electronic License embedded in the PKI-based digital certificates, to supply secured internet identity authentication and value-added services for governments and enterprises. Meanwhile, in close co-operation with Zhejiang CA, Huixin established a service and maintenance platform as CA's operation support. Huixin mainly undertakes the distribution of the Enterprise Digital Certificates (Enterprise Electronic License embedded). And at the same time， we research and develop applications on the License based on digital certificates, in order to provide technical support for its application in government departments， such as the administration of Industry and Commerce, taxation, labor, public health, quality supervision and Drug Administration; We also provide business credit authentication in the field of e-commerce, electronic signature, enterprise information inquiry services...
